Welcome to Branson Creek! Villa Vista Golf our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom nightly vacation rental offers the perfect home away from home for you and your family. Also, has a bonus room for use as a bedroom.

Our home is located 8 minutes south of Branson, just minutes away from all the excitement and entertainment that the area has to offer. With plenty of room to spread out and relax, our home features a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and spacious bedrooms.

We also provide a private washer and dryer in the home, so you can make sure everyone has clean clothes for their adventures. We also have a two car garage with plenty of parking space to make sure you have enough room for all your vehicles.

The living room has a comfortable couch and two chairs, perfect for gathering around for movie night. The kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. We provide all the necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils, so you can whip up tasty meals for the whole family.

The home also has a beautiful outdoor deck.

Please note: No boat or trailer parking is available at Branson Creek. State Park Marina is 8 minutes away.

  This is a beautiful home in a beautiful area. It is about 15 minutes from down town Branson but very quiet and peaceful. The outside property could have used a little upkeep, only appliance was a toaster and a coffee maker. Absolutely no spices, salt or pepper, or any other kitchen supplies that have been in other homes we have rented. That said we would rent this home again.

  After reading many reviews, I really did not know what to expect. The rental was clean, well-stocked, and only 15 min from SilverDollar City. It was in a beautiful subdivision. We family of 9 fit easily into the house with room to spare. There were two actual bedrooms with ensures. The loft had ample room (2 twin beds and a futon) with a pocket door for privacy. As well the front room also had a pocket door for privacy with a pull out couch. The couch in the living room also had a pull out couch which we didn’t even use! The great room was open to the kitchen so it seems so much larger because it isn’t sectioned off. We would gladly stay here again! Had WIFI and plenty of cable tv to watch. Kitchen had plenty of things to use even for our large family

  The condo was a perfect size to accommodate our family and two small dogs. It was located 15 minutes away from Branson’s main strip and easy to find. However, the surrounding golf course was under construction and not visible from the condo. The carpets were stained and needs replaced and the closet door handle in the master bedroom was broke. With a little maintenance this could be a very beautiful place to stay with your family to enjoy everything Branson has to offer.

  We enjoyed our stay at the golf villa. It was in a great location. The villa was clean and comfortable. However, the outside entry needed some attention. The shower curtain in the master bath was not the best and the kitchen utensil drawer could use an update. The villa advertised 4 bedrooms but the 4th bedroom was really a converted sitting area with a sofa sleeper. It did have doors, though.

  We love the location! This is a very friendly neighborhood ! Enjoyed taking morning walks. Only a short drive and your at the Branson Landing. We do take a boat and launch it Lilly’s Landing, which is only a short 13 min drive away. Golf is top notch. Condo is beautiful and nicely furnished with everything needed. The inside was spotless! It would be nice if the birds did not build a nest as entering. Looking forward to returning!

  We had a very good stay during a pretty stressful time! We arrived right at the start of the COVID-19 Pandemic. We had called ahead and all of our reservations for the shows we had made were still scheduled so we went ahead with the plans for our trip. When we arrived we found the villa very clean. Everything was nicely labeled and we had no problems locating anything. The next morning of our trip, all of our shows cancelled because of the pandemic. Because of this we did spend a lot of our evenings in the villa. This was not the original plan but it was very nice and cozy and we had a very good trip! My kids loved the basketball shooting game in the garage! We were not disappointed in our stay one bit!

  My family and I rented this villa for our annual Memorial Day weekend getaway destination. We throughly enjoyed every bit of this house and it’s amenities. The beautiful view off of the balcony in the morning during breakfast was a favorite among a lot of people. The neighbors were nice. We are a competitive family so the basketball games in garage became an ongoing thing throughout our stay. The shops at Tanger Outlets and Branson Landing were easily accessible from the Branson Creek area. There were so many things to do that we didn’t get a chance to do everything that we wanted to do. I would recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a great time in the Branson area.

  The home was very nice. We asked for a four bedroom and we actually had two bedrooms and a loft. We also had to make q run to the store to get toilet paper. There was s half roll for 3 bathrooms and 10 people.

The bedroom/bed set-up is fully disclosed on our website. To further avoid misunderstandings such as this, we send a link to the property details with the rental agreement that you signed to say you reviewed this set up so guests can make sure they understand the property set-up prior to arrival. In regard to the toilet paper, we have 1 roll on the toilet paper holder and one extra roll in each bathroom. In the event that the housekeepers missed this during cleaning, guests can contact us 24 hours a day with any issues or questions. We always have someone answering the phones!   This house was very nice. The pools and workout facility were great. The pools were a bit on the small side, but very clean and never crowded. The one downside to this home, is that upstairs bedroom area is loft style, so it opens down to the living area and kitchen. It made it tough to get the kids to bed, if the adults wanted to stay up longer. The front bedroom also was open to the stairway, which made it noisier and less private than a closed off room.

  The house was clean and in a nice neighborhood. The sleep space could be improved if sleeping 10 people with the last 4 having to use a futon and pullout sofa. Could easily have the sleep space improved with bunk beds and a twin/trundle bed to reace the futon and sleeper sofa. Kitchen stocked with dishware, bakeware and utensils. Could use more pantry items like basic seasonings, cooking spray, more paper towels, napkins and trash afs. With 10 people, supplies they stock don’t last. Had plenty of blankets and pillows but lacked enough extra sheets and pillow cases.
  The front door locks automarically when it closes which makes people leave the door open too long for loading/unloading and In return the house had a lot of flies when we arrived. We had to go buy a fly swatted. It would be better if the front door lock had a 15 minute delay before loacking.

    Thanks for your review, Jackie. Unfortunately, the door locks do not have the option of a delay. For future use, there is a door into the home from the garage. We highly encourage guests to open the garage and enter in and out through that door when loading and unloading. Leaving the front door open for extended periods of time while the AC is running can not only let flies into the house but will heat the house up.

  Beautiful Place, the only thing is that the description stated 4 bedrooms but really it was only 2 bedrooms with a loft with twin beds and sofa in the entrance area. but it was enough room for my sisters and mom. overall it was very nice, clean and relaxing. we had a great time. We enjoyed the Acrobats of Shanghai and a very nice breakfast buffet at the Chateau on the Lake and we had a professional mini photo session with Tiffany Kelly photography (Awesome)we plan on returning.)

  I stayed in this rental with 9 other family member and we were all impressed with the condition of this rental. The location is a 10 minute drive at most from the main strip in Branson. There were plenty of extra blankets, towels, dinnerware. For our big group there was only enough towels and dinnerware for each of us but no complaints because there were laundry detergent and dishwasher pods provided. The deck had been replaced and had an awning and table and chairs. Only recommendation is for Management to provide code to garage door.

  The home was immaculate and the location was convenient. It felt secluded yet close to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed spending time on the back deck. We had 4 singles traveling and both full baths were in an ensuite arrangement, so it was a bit awkard for those who didn't have a master with attached bathroom to go through someone else's bedroom to take shower. Even so, it was spacious and up-to-date and clean and overall we thought a good deal for the price we paid.

  Everything was great. Two minor kitchen sick was leaking very bad, called manager it was fixed within the hour. There is also a dinning room chair that is broken, so only 5 chairs instead of 6 could be used. Told maintances person about this. When they say 4 Bedroom, make sure to let people know the 4th bedroom in only a pull out sofa in a small room.

  We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was close to everything! The home is very clean and comfortable. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. Great place for a family to stay! The only downside is that you need to provide practically everything, home had a washer/dryer but they only provide soap for one wash, kitchen only has cookware (no salt, spices, ect)
