  I would like to report that it was the best, but it wasn’t. Also, I would like to say it was quiet and relaxing, but It wasn’t. The upstairs occupants had small children (we think) that stomped the floor starting at 6:00 am every morning and then again from around 5-9pm at night and someone’s dog barked and whined all the time as if it wasn’t used to being left alone. I know you have no control over that, so it is what it is and if it wasn’t for that it would have been 5 starts across the board. Overall we thought the condo was really nice!

  Beautiful view!!! This 3 bedroom condo is well decorated and very inviting. Has all appliances you would need. Living area was beautiful. Exactly as shown in pictures, except has updated flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and an electric grill on the outdoor patio, which was a pleasant surprise. Kitchen is well equipped and has everything you would need. Grocery store in Hollister is a quick 10 min drive. Close to all attractions within 20 min, but away from the hustle. We will definitely stay again.

  My husband and I brought our children, grandchildren and two small dogs to Branson during Thanksgiving and we really enjoyed staying in the condo, 'Lavish Lake Escape'! It was so nice! The view was wonderful! It was very clean and the beds were comfortable! Very well decorated! Did not have a pet smell!! It had a very nice kitchen, with everything you need to cook breakfast with. The only complaints we had were the commode in Master bedroom made a 'singing' sound (seriously!) every time it was flushed! and the commode seat needs to be replaced. It moved around every time you sat on it. In the other bathroom the tub would not drain very quickly and you would be standing in water when you used the shower. Both bathrooms needed more wash cloths and hand towels. There were plenty of bath towels. We were glad to see a washer and dryer. washed some towels while there. The TV's were very nice and easy to use. We liked the leather furniture and very comfortable to sit on. It just felt clean!! We will come back again and use this condo! It's hard to find such a nice place and be allowed to bring your two little dogs.

  This place was very clean and updated, staff was very helpful with any questions. The view was great and there’s an on-site marina as well, very happy with our stay and I would stay here again. The only negative i have is that access to the lake was not good, they could do little trim on the trees and bushes to make it more accessible to the lake.

  This location was on the lake with spectacular views, and near all the golf courses and top of the rock. There is a marina for boat rentals/ gym/ and private pool for residents. A short 10 minute drive to Downtown branson, table rock state park, etc. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative is the unit above, you can hear foot steps frequently in the master suite.

  We LOVED staying at this condo. It was clean, spacious, with a beautiful view of Table Rock Lake. Waking up to this quiet, scenic view each morning was so calming. It was just as described, the photos are right on point. No getting there to find a property that looks nothing like the photos! We rented a boat while we were there and had a wonderful time out on the lake. We drove to Springfield, MO to eat at Lambert’s, home of the “throwed rolls” and to visit the huge Bass Pro Shop and adjoining aquarium. The aquarium was awesome, and while there we ate at Hemingway’s inside Bass Pro. They had a great buffet and lots of memormobilia of Hemingway. I w

  We have a wonderful time staying in this spacious condo. The view was more than we expected. From seeing fishing boats, the Branson Belle, and even deer, it was absolutely amazing. The condo was big enough for our family of 5 plus my mother and father. It was quiet and offered us a private pool.

  We had a wonderful family vacation staying at this property for Spring Break in Branson. The full kitchen and laundry room made our family of six feel right at home. The balcony with its sunset views was glorious. There were only two minor complaints and they were minor. The walls/ceilings are not very soundproof. You can hear footsteps of the people upstairs. No one was rude or too loud so it wasn't a big deal. The other thing is the access to the water could be cleaned up and made a bonus to the property--instead, it was overgrown and not very inviting. Nevertheless, this property was a wonderful place to relax after a busy day shopping and sightseeing.

  We had a fantastic time during our stay at Lavish Lake. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view across the lake was beautiful. The marina is very close and the staff was great there also. It was nice to park the boat, walk back to the condo for lunch, and head back out on the water for the afternoon/evening. I would most definitely stay here again!

  This is the second stay with Sunset Nightly Rentals and I have not been disappointed either time! This Condo was roomy and had a beautiful view. The only thing that we noticed wrong with it was a leaking window in the first bedroom. It had rained a lot the week we stayed so there was a loud, steady drip. The room was very clean and had all the essentials! Thanks for another great stay! We will be back next year!
