  The property was a described in the posting. Very clean and well maintained. The deck was great with a beautiful view. We saw deer right off the deck. Adequate kitchen supplies. It is a middle unit and we were able to hear upstairs folks moving about. I would recommend it as a great place to stay.

  This rental was very clean and nice. Beautiful view from back deck!! I received a call from Sunset Realty rep the morning we were to arrive. The reservation process was very professional with emails along the way for confirmation and detailed instructions. This is on the main level no stairs. I could hear people walking above but that’s normal and it was by not bad. So close to Silver Dollar City which was nice as this was one of our destinations planned for the trip. Pool was closed (which is nothing against Sunset Realty at all) but opened back up and we were able to enjoy more than once. I would stay again.

  Fantastic view of both the valley, lake, and (for me) most importantly the park!
  Tried to write down a few small issues that should be addressed soon to upkeep this rental, but if Im ever visiting SDC again, this is definitely the place I'd choose!

  The unit is a walk-in level condo which we REALLY appreciate. It was clean and ready for our arrival. Like with any property, there are some maintenance items which I would address, but nothing which hindered our stay. The community pool was nice and had an AMAZING sunset view!   Amazing view, especially for Fall color and lake view. The condo was nice, clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the large deck.   Condo was stocked and ready when we arrived. View from back porch was a valley with beautiful trees, limited view of lake and Silver Dollar City Roller Coaster in the distance. Condo had plenty of room except 2nd shower was extra small.

  This is a very nice and clean condo, the only thing I would suggest is if you plan on cooking you should bring cookware. The kitchen is so gorgeous you just might want to use it and the nice dining table. We could hear and watch the roller coaster from our balcony!

  Quiet, Clean and comfortable. The only thing I would change, the amount of towels and washcloths. There are 5 people in our family. There are only 6 washcloths. I had to do a load of washcloths/towels everyday. I did not enjoy that.

  We really liked the property including the layout and and how big it was. I would have given it a 5, except that it rained when we were there and some of the windows leaked as well as the sliding door. It got our suitcases and belongings wet. After looking closer it's clear that this unit has had water damage for awhile when looking at the window and door moldings. I hope they get them fixed. It looks like they tried with some recent caulking but failed. Accordingly, I'm also worried about mold in the walls as a result. Otherwise we loved the property.
